3200 E-Model
The 3200 series shock will accept gas pressure from 10 lbs. to 100 lbs. which equates to rod pressure from 3 lbs. to 36 lbs. This provides for fine tuning the chassis balance with gas pressure. On dirt tracks when the surface is heavy and rough increase the right rear gas pressure to 50 lbs. to free the chassis up and keep the right rear tire from digging in the track. As the race track dries out and becomes slick reduce the gas pressure to 15 lbs. for maximum traction and side bite. On the front gas shocks reduce the pressure to 15 lbs. on fast, heavy conditions to keep the front end from becoming light or flighty. When the race track dries out increase the front shock pressure to 25 – 50 lbs. for maximum weight transfer.
The black hard anodized billet aluminum body has an expanded chamber at the bottom of the body of the shock to dramatically reduce pressure build up and allow room for the floating piston and base valve.
The shock bodies will accept 1⅞”, 2¼”, or 2½” I.D. springs and are available in 5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, 9” stroke shafts.
The 3200 series small body gas shock has all the advantages of the 4200 series base valve shock, and will accept the light weight 1⅞” I.D. spring. The 3200 shock will perform with the lowest rod pressure of any small body mono-tube shock in the racing industry. The shock is designed especially for Micro Sprints and Dirt and Asphalt Midgets and Sprint Cars. |
