Part Numbering System

Advanced Racing Suspensions is moving forward with an exciting new line of racing shocks. The new Advanced Racing Suspensions racing shocks will contain all the latest technology in every valving combination which we have been developing for years.

Advanced Racing Suspensions has simplified the numbering system for its complete line of racing shocks.

Models of Adjustable Shocks

A Model - Cockpit adjustable rebound shock which has the cable adjuster parallel to the mounting bolt in the eye of the shock.

B Model - Cockpit adjustable rebound shock which has the cable 90° to the mounting bolt in the eye of the shock.

ARC - Cockpit adjustable shock which adjusts both rebound and compression at the same time in proportional ratios. The cable adjuster is parallel to the mounting bolt in the eye of the shock.

BRC - cockpit adjustable shock which adjusts both rebound and compression at the same time in proportional ratios. The cable adjuster is 90° to the mounting bolt in the eye of the shock.

E Model - Nine position rebound adjustable that adjusts at the eye of the shock without removing the shock from the chassis. This shock is not cockpit adjustable.

ERC Model - Nine position adjustable that adjusts at shock eye without removing shock from the chassis. This shock adjusts both rebound and compression at the same time in proportional ratios.

E/C Model - Double adjustable gas shock that adjusts the rebound dampening at the shaft eye of the shock. The compression dampening has a 6 position adjuster in the remote canister.

B/C Model - Double adjustable gas shock which adjust rebound dampening with a cockpit adjustable cable. The compression dampening has a six position adjuster in the remote canister.

The new Advanced Racing Suspensions line of racing shocks will have a distinctive black hard anodized body with aluminum billet design and will accept the same coil over kits we have provided for years.

For numerous years, Advanced Racing Suspensions has made many improvements to existing racing shocks, and will continue to dyno, rebuild and update those brands of racing shocks.
